In the regional primary school in the village of Prelubishte on the 13th of May 2005, NDC Skopje opened the first cabinet for English language courses for the students that study in the central primary school of Shemshovo and other regional schools. After a short period of time this cabinet did not have the capacity for acceptance of all interested students for participating in the English language courses, therefore NDC Skopje decided to open one more English language cabinet in the primary school in the village of Ratae. The students that were V and VI grade followed the English courses in the cabinet in the village of Ratae and the students that were VI and VII grade attended the English language courses in the village of Prelubishte. The lectures are bilingual and the students study from the books of Headway for advanced courses. The lecturer in this cabinet is Dashurie Rexhepi (English teacher in the central primary school of Shemshovo).

With the financial help received from the Ministry for Foreign Affaires of Kingdom Norway this cabinet was equipped with a TV, DVD player, video and audio materials and also literature for studying English Language.

Around 180 students have attended this course and in the end of every semester the students prepare music and drama plays for their parents.
