The cabinet for English language courses was opened on the 13th of May 2005 in the regional primary school in the village of Ratae. With the financial help received from the Ministry for Foreign Affaires of Kingdom Norway one of the classrooms in the primary school of Ratae was reconstructed and technically equipped with one TV, DVD player and additional literature on English language so that it can serve as cabinet on English language courses. The students that attend this course learn from books of WOW and Headway for beginners. During the lecturing in this cabinet except the English language the lecturers use the Macedonian and Albanian language. The lectures are held by Shenasi Jashari, Sonja Jovanovska and Leonora Musliu. Until today this course has been attended by around 120 students.
